"The first time I was introduced to RustRidge was on a bike ride. The area is away from the mainstream, out in the country. Since the bike ride several years ago I have become a club member and always look forward to their shipments. I won't have them mail the shipment to me because I would rather go in and visit with Susan, Jim and Mark. They make you feel so at home. One of the events I look forward to is their bottling...you get to meet some of the other members, too. I don't think I would ever get this opportunity at any other wine club in the valley. I have brought friends there that have enjoyed their wines, specially the Race Horse Red. They have a wonderful Zinfandel... which we were able to help bottle. Their Sauvignon Blanc is very nice, too. Smooth and creamy!

"I reserved the B&B (a great value and very relaxing!) for a girl’s weekend with my mom and five sisters. We get along very well, but rarely agree on anything. After that weekend, my sisters (two wouldn’t touch a red of any kind) and mom are now enjoying RustRidge Cabernets, Racehorse Red and looking forward to this year’s release! The Chardonnays are wonderful – silky smooth. The Sauvignon Blanc is light and fruity – a true summertime delight. After visiting serveral wineries in the Napa Valley, we all agreed that RustRidge is the best hands down!

The owners, Susan and Jim, along with Mark are a breath of fresh air – always welcoming, very knowledgeable, funny and great conservationists. You will always leave smiling. See you there soon!"

"When my wife and I drove off the beaten path to look for that extra special and unique vineyard, driving up the tree lined back road with no traffic to be seen in either direction, we knew we had found it. Located in a remote spot in Chiles Valley high above Napa Valley, RustRidge Vineyards is all you can possibly expect plus way more! Glowing in warm and genuine hospitality with VERY HIGH QUALITY wines at reasonable prices, it is located in a picturesque country setting complete with ranch style B&B with horses,cats, and dogs!

When the call came last year to help them with bottling, for us it was a no brainer! A 450 mile drive was nothing to experience our new find! WE HAD TO RETURN! And what a return it was! Bottling gave us a whole new appreciation of the wine process. Hard work for two straight days was rewarded by daily gourmet picnic's artisticly created by the owners for all involved. Family style eating and relaxing was under their grape arbor with COPIOUS amounts of the remarkable wines we just bottled! All while under a clear sky and a warm fall sun. Of course, staying the their B&B certainly helped with no driving afterwards. We are proud to say we are now part of the RustRidge Family! THIS IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS!
